If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Through the Moongate is happy to replace a gift with another selection or refund the credit card used for its purchase within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, you can exchange your merchandise for up to 60 days.

Please note: We are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.

Just repack the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:

2. We will give you instructions on your return and you will be given a Return Number.

3. Include the Return Number with your package and ship to the following address:

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Through the Moongate will provide a prepaid UPS return label.

Refunds and exchanges can also be transacted at our store in Highland Park, with a receipt, for merchandise credit or refund.
